2025 Fitness Series
As part of its commitment to community well-being, the 2025 Fitness Series at Town at Trilith offers a diverse lineup of free, professionally led workout sessions designed to promote health and
wellness. Hosted in collaboration with SŌZŌ Yoga and Piedmont Wellness Center, sessions take place on the last Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and are open to all fitness levels.

· April 26: HITT with Michelle Martin with Piedmont Wellness
· May 31: Yoga with SŌZŌ Yoga
· June 28: HITT with Andrew Mackorell with Piedmont Wellness
· July 26: Body Weight HIIT with Laurie-Ann Harper with Piedmont Wellness
· August 30: Glutes & Core Galore with Jodie Mcguff
· September 27: Yoga with SŌZŌ Yoga
· October 25: Pilates & Barre with Lynn Anne Raabe
Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the workout and weather. Pre-registration is encouraged and guarantees a special Trilith swag bag. On the day of the event, attendees should meet at The Weight We Share hand sculpture in Central Plaza, across from Barleygarden.
