Still slide - $250.00/day :20 second still .PNG on all digital boards (on at 11:00am and off at 11:00pm each day of the festival with other stills and video) Silent Commercial - $400.00/day :50 second non-audio MP4 commercial on all video boards and website (on at 11:00am and off at 11:00pm each day of the festival with other stills) All Three boards: 20’x40’, front of the Fortress facing the parking lot 9’x12’, in the courtyard next to the stage 10’x15’ on the back of the grandstand

Available Shifts: Saturday Aug 30th- 5:30pm- 11:00pm Sunday August 31st- 5:30pm- 11:00pm Volunteers will be provided with a welcome bag that includes a t-shirt and a free ride ticket (one per person- not per shift). Volunteers will also have access to free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks during your shift. Applicants for beer sales must be 21 years+

Available Shifts: Thursday, Aug 28th 5:30pm-9:00pm Volunteers will be provided with a welcome bag that includes a t-shirt and a free ride ticket (one per person- not per shift). Volunteers will also have access to free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks during your shift. Applicants for pageant help, queen's luncheon, and parade lineup must be 16 years+

Available Shifts: Saturday August 30th 8:30am-11:30am Volunteers will be provided with a welcome bag that includes a t-shirt and a free ride ticket (one per person- not per shift). Volunteers will also have access to free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks during your shift. Applicants for pageant help, queen's luncheon, and parade lineup must be 16 years+

Available Shift: Friday Aug 30th 3:00pm- 8:00pm Volunteers will be provided with a welcome bag that includes a t-shirt and a free ride ticket (one per person- not per shift). Volunteers will also have access to free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks during your shift. Applicants for Car Show must be 18 years+

Available shifts: Saturday, August 30th 1:00pm-5:00pm Saturday, August 30th 5:00pm-9:00pm Sunday, August 31st 1:00pm-5:00pm Sunday, August 31st 5:00pm-9:00pm Monday, September 1st 1:00pm-5:00pm Volunteers will be provided with a welcome bag that includes a t-shirt and a free ride ticket (one per person- not per shift). The Zucchinifest pageant is open to any child whose legal address is within the boundaries of the Hamilton Local School District or Groveport Madison School District. You don’t have to attend either school to participate; but your house must be within one of those two school district boundaries. For example, if you attend Madison Christian but live in Fairchild Estates, you live in the boundary of the Groveport Madison School District, so you are eligible.

Proof of age and residency are required to participate in the pageant. When entering, a copy of a current utility bill or lease in the parent or guardian’s name and a copy of the contestant’s birth certificate must be provided.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, AUGUST 14, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

Scholarships for Queen, 1st Attendant and 2nd Attendant in the Queen Category!

The Zucchinifest Parade is on Saturday, August 30th, 2025.

Line-up begins at 9:30 AM; the Parade begins at 11:00 AM.

 

Parade Lineup will take place in the gravel lot directly south of the paved festival midway. Use 2050 Recreation Trail Obetz, OH 43207 in your GPS and you will be directed by parade staff/volunteers on where to go.

 

The parade takes about an hour to complete.

We are excited to extend an invitation to you and your court to attend the 2025 Queens Luncheon, which will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, immediately following the parade at approximately 12:30 PM. The luncheon will take place at the Obetz Community Center, located at 1650 Obetz Ave, Obetz, OH 43207.

 

Join us for an afternoon of delicious food and refreshments, an empowering speaker, and a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow court members from various festivals. This is a chance to celebrate each other’s achievements and share in the spirit of community and leadership.

 

Up to 3 members of the court: FREE

 

Chaperones (limit 2) and any additional members of the court: $15/person

 

Registration is open to pageant courts and their chaperones ONLY. The general public is not permitted.
