2026 Autumn with Topsail Festival

About the event

Started in 1988, The Autumn With Topsail Festival is held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Topsail Island and the Assembly Building which houses the Missiles & More Museum in Topsail Beach, NC. The festival features a highly selective Artists’ and Crafts Court with over 120 regional artists displaying and selling their work. Enjoy exciting live musical entertainment, a variety of amazing food with beer and wine, inflatables and crafts for children, and much more!

Parking instructions

FREE Shuttle Service will be provided from various parking areas in Topsail Beach to the Festival Grounds. Limited wheelchair accessible parking and a passenger drop-off area are located at the festival's main entrance on S. Anderson Blvd. Please be aware that only service animals are permitted on the festival grounds.

Health & safety

Only service animals are permitted on the festival grounds. Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not service animals under Title III of the ADA* and are not permitted on the festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home --do not leave your pets in your vehicle. Although it is October, vehicles can become dangerously hot. SATURDAY, Oct 17 - Check in and booth set up-6:30-8:30 AM; Booth open to public 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

SUNDAY, Oct 18 - Booth open to public-9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Payment information will be collected at the end of the application. You will be charged only upon acceptance. Your credit card description will be Eventeny/Stripe. If you are not accepted, you will not be charged. To apply as a Non-Profit Organization, you must have official 501(c)(3) status, and all Non-Profit organizations applying must sell a product with proceeds going to the organization.

Vendors will be limited to 100 participants and after that applicates will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if space becomes available.
