About the application
IMPORTANT DATES:
FRIDAY, OCT 16 - Check in and Set up 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Strongly encouraged.
SATURDAY, OCT 17 - Check in and booth set up 6:30 - 8:30AM. Booth open to public 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
SUNDAY, OCT 19 - Booth open to public 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Please select your desired space size and complete payment information at the end of the application. You will be charged only at the time of acceptance. Your credit card description will be Eventeny/Stripe. If you are not accepted, you will not be charged. Date/time of application will be considered at the time of space assignments. Vendors will be limited to 100 participants and after that applicates will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if space becomes available.
