APPLICATION PROCESS: This is an application; it does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status. After your approval, we will share additional information to best prepare you. The application must be submitted by the DEADLINE.
 
VENDOR BOOTH DESCRIPTION: Please provide images of your merchandise booth set-up for this application to be processed. NO GENERATORS. Please bring power cords and extension cords. Please bring the items you will need to be able to operate, such as batteries and a POS system. This event is cash or card, we recommend bringing a personal cash box but it is not a requirement. You MUST bring your own tent, you are simply paying for the space to vend.
 
The products you will sell during the event must be the products you have described in your applications. Any products attempted to be sold that were not approved in your application will result in vendor removal from the event without a refund. You must vend only within the interior of your tent/space. Vending outside your designated area will result in vendor removal from the event without a refund.
 
PAYMENTS: You will be securing a space to vend at one summer concert series, this will be an opportunity to reach locals and visitors to PCB who plan to attend the Summer Concert Series. Multiple-day options are available, but you need to reserve the days through the application.
 
You will bring your OWN tent. Each corner must be held down with 40 lbs of weight, and these weights must not obstruct pedestrians. NO WATER BUCKETS AS WEIGHTS. If you have a 10' x 10' tent, the space will cost you $100.
 
WHAT THE EVENT WILL PROVIDE: Load-in and load-out instructions, event map, and schedule. Power access upon request.
 
SIGNAGE: Please be sure to describe your items for sale and provide images and signage that will be used.
 
INSURANCE & TAX REQUIREMENTS: All vendors participating in this event must have $1M of liability insurance per event. You are required to submit a copy of your COI upon approval. 
 
TRASH: It is your responsibility to upkeep any trash within your tent. Trash cans and dumpsters will be located in designated areas.

REMINDERS: No generators are allowed, and power will be available.
