Volunteering could require standing for long periods of time, lifting cases of water, holding water bottles, and transporting self to volunteer stations after checking-in. Read & familiarize yourself with your assigned volunteer map. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that volunteers pick up their shirts prior to the race morning as there will be limited time to check in and get to your volunteer location on Race Day.
