Sparkle in the Park is Lilburn's Independence Day extravaganza! Enjoy a great concert featuring the Glow Band, a fantastic selection of food trucks, children's activities, topped off with one of the best firework shows in Gwinnett!

Parking instructions
Shuttles to Lilburn City Park from parking lots located at Lilburn City Hall, Lilburn First Baptist Church on First and Young St. , and at Killian Hill Road and Poplar Street across from Salem Church. Accessible Parking: Lilburn City Park 76 Main St. First come first served. *Main Street will be closed to traffic from 9 - 10:30 p.m.

This application is for vendors seeking to provide entertainment or activity at Sparkle in the Park  in Lilburn City Park on Tuesday July 4,2024.
 
Sparkle in the Park is our largest event of the year and we anticipate up to 20,000 people in the park through out the day.  The event will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 10:00 pm with a 20 minute Fireworks Show.  
 
Vendors will receive load in instructions and a scheduled a load in time about 7 days prior to the date.
 
Vendor parking is located at 104 Railroad Ave. parking lot at Lilburn City Park.  Please park in the spaces that are marked "Entertainment".  A parking pass will be provided for vendors.
 
You can not drive into the park.  You will need to unload your items and carry them to your space.
 
Each vendor must bring their own tent, table, and chairs unless arranged otherwise.
 
Booth space is a maximum of 12x12.
Sparkle in the Park Food Vendor Application

Lilburn's Independence Day celebration, Sparkle in the Park is Tuesday July 4, 2024 from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. This annual event in Lilburn City Park will include a free concert by the GlowBand, a variety of food vendors, children's activities, and one of Gwinnett's best Firework extravaganza's!  Previous Sparkle in the Park events have enjoyed an average attendance of 20,000.
 
Savory/Hot Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $185.00 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.
 
Sweet/Dessert Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $115.00 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.
 
Alcohol Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $200.00 non refundable vendor fee and must also obtain a City of Lilburn Alcohol Permit.
 
Please be sure to complete the entire application and submit all requested documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered. If your application is approved for the event, detailed load in times and set up information will be emailed to you no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
