About the event
The exciting Johns Creek Arts Festival, will return for the eleventh year to wow neighbors and visitors on October 19 and 20, 2024, Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, Sunday from 10AM to 5PM. The serene green space across from The Atlanta Athletic Club will come alive with 130 whimsical and fun artisans from around the country. The beautiful and sprawling Heisman Field overlooking Medlock Bridge Road is the perfect venue to showcase the talented artisans who will be exhibiting their paintings, pottery, metalwork, folk art, glass, jewelry, yard art and many more goodies. We are proud to receive the 2019 and 2022 Sunshine Artist Top 200 award for being in the top 100 of all art shows in the country! This annual fall celebration of the arts is a shoppers’ paradise. A large food court with live entertainment beckons festival-goers to recharge before hitting the art market again or venturing into the enormous Kids Zone.

Johns Creek Arts Festival celebrates its fourteenth year on October 19 & 20, 2024. You are invited to apply as an artist to this much anticipated spring event in historic downtown Norcross, Georgia.  Load in is on Saturday.
APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You'll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered.
• GEORGIA GROWN MEMBERS: Georgia Grown is an incredible partner with Splash Festivals, and we are truly grateful for their friendship and commitment to our events. The program has been so successful between our organizations that in our new agreement with them, they have issued a cap on the number of their members who can receive their very generous Georgia Grown stipend. In one of our spring shows, more than half of our accepted artists are Georgia Grown members! Priority must now be given to agricultural-related items.  Georgia Grown will still accept artists who recycle, repurpose or reuse products to “reinvent” their own creations, however we will be more limited on who we can approve. Georgia Grown is also working on a better way to screen new (and past) members, to make sure that exhibitors are a good fit for their programs and benefits (which are great)! When the artist jury meets, they will be subject to this cap. If you aren’t selected as a Georgia Grown member, please let us know in the comments section of this application if you would wish to convert to the regular rate for this event. Otherwise, you may be waitlisted. Remember to also upload proof of your current Georgia Grown membership, which will be your paid receipt. 
• All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists are not expected to meet this requirement! No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. The first jury will met July 5, 2024 . If any spaces remain, applications received after this date will be reviewed on August 5 or before. You will be notified of acceptance within five days. Once approved, you'll be required to obtain liability insurance. Splash Festivals has an agreement with ACT Insurance for artists to receive $5 off their policy when signing up through this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/events/4600. You may use any insurance company of your choice.
•SPACE DETAILS: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 12'W. All spaces are on pavement. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards (signs) will be provided. Tents with weights can be available for an additional fee without sides. 
FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are $375 for a regular space and $450 for a corner location. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show. Load in is on Friday or Saturday morning.

Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. Ride or bounce house vendors will should not apply, as there is not room. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. 
SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on grass. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. 
FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

Johns creek Arts Festival celebrates its fourteenth year on October 19 & 20, 2024. You are invited to apply as a Food Vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show, held in Heisman Field in Johns Creek, Georgia. Load in is on Friday or Saturday morning. 
APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are sweet and savory foods and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not duplicate menus. Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth or food truck/trailer photo will not be considered. You will be required to submit a copy of your ServSafe certificate and your Mobile Food Permit license/City or County Fire Marshal permit if you have a food truck or trailer and will be cooking. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline.
