As a presenting Sponsor, sponsors information will be listed on all Prom advertisements. Company logo will also be displayed on banners along with the ability to provide company branded step & repeat for photos. The presenting sponsor will also be invited to have a representative assist with present the Prom's Royal court awards.

The entertainment sponsor will be acknowledged in Prom Social media post and advertisements as providing the entertainment and photo booth. Company logo can be added to photo booth prints.

The catering sponsor will be acknowledged in social media post as providing catering. Catering Sponsor can choose to provide company branded table cloths for the buffet stations.

Prom angels provide access to hair, makeup and clothing options for students who many not have the financial support of their family. Angels are acknowledged in the Prom Guide.

Prom Chaperones are on hand to ensure a positive prom experience for students.

The Prom Angels fundraiser helps us to ensure that the Prom will remain free for the students. We will host up to 200 students. Prom tickets range from $75-$200 in Berks county depending on the school district. Many students in our community dont have the financial or social support necessary to attend. We aim to change that through sponsorships and fundraising. The student will be responsible only for getting to the prom. If they need assistance with anything else to make the prom possible for them, this fund will help.
