The downtown St. Patrick's day celebration includes a St. Patrick's Day Parade & Celtic Fair Street Party that all takes place the Saturday after nearest St. Patrick’s Day. The St. Patrick's Day Parade & Celtic Fair presented by Downtown Billings Alliance & Hooligans Sports Bar has been a tradition in the Billings community for 40 years. This annual parade celebrates our community's Irish American heritage and features over 40 festival floats and the Celtic Fair & Street Party fill the streets below Skypoint with the scent of street food and the festive sound of music, cloggers, bag-pipers. Expect live entertainment and amplified music, a festive atmosphere with outdoor family-friendly activities, food trucks, and more.. These events are free for the community to attend. This event is supported by TDS Fiber with additional event sponsorships from The Zone 96.3, Planet 106.7, My Classic Hits 105.9, and KSky 96.3.

Only parade entry vehicles are permitted in the parade line-up/staging area noted in YELLOW on this map and must enter at designated entry points assigned below. Non-parade vehicles cannot enter or park within the parade staging area. Groups (especially groups with minors) are asked to meet/gather in a designated place outside of the staging area & arrive together to your line-up location on foot. * your entry point may direct you to enter a street the wrong way on a one-way. This is ok within the yellow closure. Line up #, Entry Time - Entry Point # 1 - 12, 10:00 am - 1st or 3rd and 33rd # 13-16, 10:15 am - 1st and 33rd # 17-25, 10:15 am - 3rd and 33rd # 26- 31, 10:00 am - 3rd and 34th # 32-37, 9:45 am - 1st and 34th # 38-41, 10:15 am - 1st and 34th # 42 - 47. 10:15 am - 3rd and 34th Fire Dept, 9:45am - 1st and 35th Vehicles MUST have float numbers displayed in windshield to enter staging area. Park your entry against the curb in the street parking zones.
