Norcross Art Splash Festival celebrates its seventeenth year on October 2 & 3, 2021. You are invited to apply to be a part of this much anticipated fall show held in Lillian Webb Park in downtown Norcross, Georgia. When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until seventy-five days prior to the event. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, paintings, photography, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval after December 31, 2020. You will be notified of acceptance no later than May 31, 2021 or within five days of application submission after that date. Jury fees are nonrefundable. The whimsical and entertaining artist market is produced by Splash Festivals in the heart of historic Norcross. All booths are approximately 10'D x 16'W. Booth fees are $265 for a regular space and $340 for a corner location. Corner booths are limited. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Or, go virtual only for just $100. Please note that additional fees will be charged for online sales during the event equal to approximately 13% of the total transaction. You'll be required to submit photos with this registration. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotional purposes of the festival, please let us know in the Special Requests section below. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards will be provided. Tents can be available for an additional fee of $200 without sides. In 2019, the festival drew an estimated 20,000 visitors over two days. • Food trucks and food tent vendors are welcome to apply. • We do not duplicate menus • Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. • Load in is on Saturday morning. • Payment is due seventy-five days prior to the event. • Your certificate of insurance is due upon acceptance. You will be notified of acceptance no later than September 1.

Norcross Art Splash Kidz Zone takes place in Lillian Webb Park. In 2019, hundreds of children participated in activities such as inflatable rides, bungee jumps, trampoline jumps, face painting, sand art and more. All vendors are required to either purchase space or pay a commission (depending on the activity) to be able to be a part of the festivities. Please describe your activity in the application. Approved applicants will be notified beginning July 31 or sooner.

Norcross Art Splash 2021 is delighted to have non-profit and civic organizations participate in the Festival. these organization are important to the community and we are proud to support them by providing space where they may promote their purposes.

Duties include: Artist Setup • Duties include: Artist Setup • Artist Setup volunteers are responsible for welcoming the artists to Norcross, showing them to their assigned space, assisting the artists with unloading their vehicles, helping to cart their items to their booths with the use of flat-bed carts and setting up their tents, etc. • Artist Breakdown volunteers are responsible for helping our artists break down their booths and move their items closer to the loading area quickly and in an orderly manner and getting them loaded back into their vehicles. • As a setup or breakdown volunteer, lease check-in for your shift at the handicap ramp to Lillian Webb Park on Britt Avenue (behind the new library). • Please be on time for your shift, as your help is greatly needed during this time. • All volunteers will receive a free 2021 Norcross Art Splash t-shirt. • Volunteers who work the Friday shift from 9:30 to 1:30pm will have lunch provided. You must be at least 19 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Duties include: Driving a golf cart from the handicap parking area (in the Norcross Cultural Arts Center parking lot, 5 College St.) to the handicap ramp to Lillian Webb Park. An additional volunteer will be stationed at the barricade at College St. and Jones St. to allow vehicle access to the handicap parking area. • Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your shift to allow the person you are relieving time to train you on your duties for your shift. • As a Guest Services volunteer, please check-in for your shift in the parking lot of the Norcross Cultural Arts Center on College St. • Do not be late for your shift, as you are giving another volunteer a well-deserved break. • Even if you have volunteered at this position before, there may be new information and changes that you should be aware of for a smooth transition. You must be at least 19 years of age. Duties include: Distribution of volunteer t-shirts on Friday evening or managing the headquarters booth during the event. This also involves checking in volunteers, dispatching booth-sitters for artists, checking in and out walkie-talkies and providing first aid supplies from the box if necessary, etc. • Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your shift to allow the person you are relieving time to train you on your duties for your shift. • As a Headquarters manager please check-in for your shift at the gazebo in Lillian Webb Park. • Do not be late for your shift, as you are giving another volunteer a well-deserved break. • Even if you have volunteered at this position before, there may be new information and changes that you should be aware of for a smooth transition. • All volunteers will receive a free 2021 Norcross Art Splash t-shirt.
