Help set up for the big event! Arrange tables, easels, display racks, items, decorate tables, and the building in general with string lights, candles, flowers, bottle toss, etc...whatever the committee needs! Looking for enthusiastic helpers that can do some lifting and help make everything look "pretty". Wear something comfortable that you can get dirty in.

This is an important job, perfect for friendly-fast-organized people! You will need to greet guests, assist with finding check-in folders, name tags, provide program and bid numbers, guide to bars and auctions, etc. A staff member will be there to help use the Credit Card "Clover" system if needed. Remove all table decorations, pack up table cloths, napkins, runners, pack unsold auction items and event signs, empty trash, collect dishes, etc.

One person at a time to host the bottle toss game - taking money or names & bidder numbers. Keep the area clean and organized. Fetch rings that don't land on a bottle. Winners can take their bottle with them or we can label it for them to pick up at the end of the night. We’ll only need 2-3 volunteers to take shifts. It’s a fun and easy gig.
