This is an important job, perfect for friendly-fast-organized people! You will need to greet guests, assist with finding check-in folders, name tags, provide program and bid numbers, guide to bars and auctions, etc. A staff member will be there to help use the Credit Card "Clover" system if needed. Please arrive before 5pm to get settled in. You will be an ambassador for LeMoyne, so please make sure our sponsors, artists, and ticket holders all feel welcome! One person at a time to host the bottle toss game - taking money or names & bidder numbers. Keep the area clean and organized. Fetch rings that don't land on a bottle. Winners can take their bottle with them or we can label it for them to pick up at the end of the night. We’ll only need 2-3 volunteers to take shifts. It’s a fun and easy gig. Our Chair, Stephanie, will be checking in to make sure it's going well. Please arrive before 5pm to get settled in.
