Co-founded by Stacia Familo-Hopek and her husband, Rob, the brewery was “essentially an introduction into this business for both of us.” In their past lives, Stacia was an industrial and organizational psychologist for two decades, while Rob was a former technology entrepreneur who worked with breweries and restaurants and had been home brewing for 20+ years.
