About this event
The Waitress is inspired by Adrienne Shelly's film, which tells the story of Jenna. Jenna is an expert pie maker and dreams of leaving her small town and finding loveless marriage. She hears about a baking contest in a nearby county and the town's new doctor may offer her a new beginning. However, she must gain strength and courage to rebuild the life she wants to live.
