About this event
The festival showcases a wide array of musical styles on three stages such as Cajun, Zydeco, blues, country, bluegrass, Americana and many other genres. The great sound is produced by our favorite sound company, Klondike Sound. Longtime festival-goers will tell you that camping makes the festival not only extra convenient, but extra special. Some of the performers stay in the campgrounds as well, so there's always a chance of hearing musicians jam into the night. We hand pick a wide variety of festival favorite food vendors such as the Chili Brothers, Timi's Greek specialties, Thai Jasmine, GottaQ Barbeque and many others which are sure to please any palate. We feature about 25 different artisans who will entice shoppers with handmade clothing and jewelry, paintings, posters and other crafts. Rhythm & Roots isn't only about the music. We have plenty of other activities and exhibits for you to enjoy between sets. Bring the kids! We have a state of the art playground, Little Nini pond for swimming and fun for everyone from grandparents to toddlers.
