About this event
The original Pleasant Valley Car Show was started by St. Matthew's United Church of Christ, Pleasant Valley, as part of their annual Fall Fest. The event was held each year on the grounds of Pleasant Valley Community Fire Company.
Donald helped with getting the car show started and eventually his daughter became coordinator of the event. Over the years, his daughter Susan and granddaughters volunteered to organize and help at the community car show.October 2022 was the last church car show. Congregational members decided to discontinue holding the event. Donald passed away on March 29, 2023.
His wife, children, and grandchildren wanted to honor his memory and his love of cars by restarting the community car show. 2025 was the first year Pleasant Valley Community Fire Company organized and hosted the Car Show and Flea Market event . Proceeds from the show go to support the community fire company.
