About this event
The festival kicks off with the Deer Dash, a one-mile fun run and 5K run/walk, that takes participants through many of the historic downtown neighborhoods of Monticello, Ga. Copies of the route and applications for the race can be found at the Chamber of Commerce office on the Square. The Deer Festival parade will begin at 3:30 p.m. There will be arts and crafts booths as well as food and entertainment.
