Best of the Bluegrass - Festival of the Horse 2026 returns to the streets of
Downtown Georgetown on Sept. 11th, 12th & 13th with 3 days family fun, LIVE
music, craft vendors, food, beer and a celebration of Bluegrass heritage!
Best of the Bluegrass is a lively tradition in downtown Georgetown. This
popular 3-day event gives locals and visitors an opportunity to come together
and commemorate horse heritage in the center of Horse Country!
That's right, 2026 marks the 46th Annual Best of the Bluegrass! (Formerly
Festival of the Horse)
Headlining musicians, arts and crafts vendors, a craft beer garden and a
variety of festival foods, family-fun activities, the largest parade in the
county and more converge in Downtown Georgetown from September 11th through
the 13th.
