Anchorage Pirate Fest has thrown a net out to encompass all things Pirate, nautical and Mermaid here in Anchorage. Our Day time activities and vendors are family friendly and we welcome creatures above and under the sea to the fun!!! 2 pm - 10pm PIRATE COVE: Activity and skill games for the kids to participate in from 2pm to 6pm. Help them earn their Pirate Degree if they complete all the tasks - fit for Pirates, Cabin Boys and Girls, Mermaids and Mermen of all ages. Visit our pirate vendors and purchase that accessory for your garb or pick up something for your own Pirate Cove back home. Don't miss out on the Pirate Cove as it truly becomes magical as the light fades and the lanterns come on at night. 7pm - PIRATE PUB CRAWL: Arrive in Town Square a little early and get your pub crawl swag, maybe a last minute trinket for your costume and then watch as Town Square fills with all sorts of sea creatures. 7pm we will kick-off the night by joining fellow crews for a photo, then set sail for for all the pubs/ports of call. TO PARTICIPATE: Yes it is free to participate. Pick up a MAP in Town Square or at the first pub you visit - complete the map and turn it in at the last pub you visit and get entered in to a drawing for 80,000 Alaska Airlines miles. Don't be left on the dock, when there is piratical fun and adventure to be had. DONATE & SAVE A LIFE: A portion of all the funds raised over the day and night will be donated to the Blood Bank of Alaska to help you and your fellow Alaskans in their moment of need. You can donate in the following ways... SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONS: Official APPC T-shirt sales, special activities and drink promotions at official pubs. DONATION BOXES: Make donations directly to the Blood Bank of Alaska at Donation Boxes located at each Pub - (Donate at your favorite pub of the evening and help them win the Pirate Flag for the year.) ONLINE DONATION:Click here to donate to the Blood Bank of Alaska. 2025 check presentation to the Blood Bank of Alaska It's great to get your Pirate on, but if you join our crew you'll have a hand in generating funds for the blood takers at the Blood Bank of Alaska. Buy t-shirts, donate money (not blood) at your favorite bar, and participate in their specials and activities.
