Description
Each flower garland strand of this necklace is crocheted with a combination of perle cotton and very thin gauge permanently colored copper wire in matching shades of pink, black and silver. The center of each flower is formed by a glass pearl or glass bead. Because wire is incorporated into the crocheted blossoms, they keep their shape. They are light and airy, and feel like they just float around your neck -- - wreathing it in pretty posies. The end cones and toggle clasp are sterling silver.
This one-of-a-kind necklace is about 20 inches long.

Gossamer Tangles is an outgrowth of my life-long love of crochet and needle arts. The jewelry I design and make is one-of-a-kind. I find that conceiving a design in my mind and then bringing it to life between my fingers, instills a remarkable mix of wonder, excitement and satisfaction.
