Edwardian Lace Stole Kit with Natural Black with Pink and Peach Bunny Silk

A wrap of elegance that whispers of the turn of the century. A good choice if you are a beginner at lace knitting. Instructions are written out-with no charts. The stole is knitted with Sweet Tree Hill Farm handspun Angora blended with a bit of silk noil, called Bunny Silk. Each set of skeins are hand spun in small lots so are unique. This kit contains Bunny silk with a natural French black bunny base blended with hand dyed Pink and Peach silk noil bits that add hazy pops of color in the shawl...and 1 sleeved laser printed pattern. Once completed and during wear, the shawl develops a bloom that is the hallmark of angora bunny. This shawl will not shed as with commercial yarns, because the staple lengths from our plucked angora is long and stays put in the yarn. A joy to knit and a bigger joy to wear.
