Description
These triangular chandelier earrings feature clear glass drop beads dangling from a black crochet-covered bar suspended between silver chains. These earrings are very versatile -- equally at home with jeans or evening wear, or anything in between. The clear glass beads look like water droplets. They are crocheted to the silver-plated metal "chandelier" framework of the earring with a silky mercerized black cotton thread. The sides of the "chandelier" are formed with thin silver-plated cable chain. Earring wires are silver-plated metal fish hook style.
Each earring is about 2 1/2 inches long (measured from top of earring wire to bottom of lowest beads) and 1 1/4 inches wide at its widest point (base of chandelier triangle).

Gossamer Tangles is an outgrowth of my life-long love of crochet and needle arts. The jewelry I design and make is one-of-a-kind. I find that conceiving a design in my mind and then bringing it to life between my fingers, instills a remarkable mix of wonder, excitement and satisfaction.
Color, texture and imagination, often inspired by my observations of the natural world and works of art, are the key components in my creations.
