My name is Marechu, and my husband Robert and I operate Chuchu Concessions, a husband-and-wife food operation bringing Asian-inspired fair food concepts to festivals and state fairs across the United States.
I was born and raised in the Philippines, and many of our menu items are inspired by the flavors and street foods I grew up with — adapted into unique, high-impact concepts designed specifically for the American fair industry.
For the 2026 season, we are offering a flexible “BUILD YOUR OWN MENU” format that allows fairs to select one featured item or combine multiple concepts into a larger setup. We’ve found this works especially well for fairs because it helps avoid doubling up on similar food items already booked at the event.

This setup allows fairs to choose:

• A combination of 2–3 products
• Or a full multi-item menu
Our menu is intentionally designed for fast ticket times, strong visual appeal, and high-volume service during peak fair hours.
