Johnboy's BBQ is a small family owned and operated bbq business out of Oliver Springs. We currently operate out of what some people call a carport or shed on the side of the highway. Our company got started as John III (Johnboy) lost everything he had after getting arrested in 2018 and had to rebuild his life from the floor up. Being an alcoholic for over 20 years, John used bbq to help get sober and has stayed that way for now over 2 years. Always having a very tight-knit family, the Caddells bonded together and formed Johnboy's BBQ with it's primary focus on giving back to the community and county that has helped them so much. Since demand has exceeded what they ever thought possible, they have now purchased a food truck that will be on the road in early March 2020 in addition to keeping the "shed" open and fully functional. Johnboy puts a lot of love and care into his food, and you can tell from the many Facebook reviews just how wonderful of a person he is.
