All of the meals are created by a certified Chef, also all the sauces and seasonings are prepared from scratch. Chef Bandit's motto is "Driving Ya PALATE CRAZZZZY!", as she incorporates her Southern cuisine background with varieties of different cultures, "Southern Wit A ZANG!" Bandit's Place accommodates Vegans, Health Fanatics, Vegetarians and any request for the customers, when booked. By starting my food truck first, I'm giving the chance to allow people from city to city and state to state to experience Chef Bandit's creations. Therefore, at the same time building my fan and customer base.
