This company Tempe fire and Medical rescue is one to avoid at all costs . I needed an emegency ambulance 2 years ago . I provided to them My insurance info on several Jo occasions when asked . They send me letters every other day now and will not cease . I am disabled and on Medicare/Medicaid and they by law should NOT be billing me . They did not bill timely and now tryingto collect money and are harassing me about it . I have given them an Ahcccs letter that clearly says they were supposed to bill in a timely matter but didn’t. AND to cease contact with me as it is illegal to balance bill a customer who has Ahcccs. All attempts to resolve this have gone unanswered by this company . My only reason I am doing this so they will reach out to me and clear this bill
