Founded in 2017, Baldwin County Boss Babes was created with one mission: to support and celebrate small businesses across Baldwin County, AL, and the Gulf Coast. What started as a community for women entrepreneurs has grown into one of Baldwin County's premier handmade and small business markets, bringing together more than 100 vendors and thousands of shoppers at each signature event. While our name reflects our roots, our events welcome businesses of all backgrounds and provide a place where makers, creators, artists, and entrepreneurs can connect with their community.
