The Sewing and Cosplay Club at UNC Charlotte is a creative and inclusive student organization dedicated to the art of costume design, sewing, crafting, and cosplay. Open to all skill levels—from complete beginners to seasoned cosplayers—the club provides a supportive space for students to learn, share, and grow in their creative pursuits. Through hands-on workshops, collaborative projects, and community-building events, members explore a wide range of techniques including sewing, foam-smithing, wig styling, makeup, and prop creation. Our mission is to foster artistic expression, craftsmanship, and confidence through cosplay and costume design while building a vibrant community of makers and fans.
