The Pan-American Lacrosse Association (PALA) is the World Lacrosse-recognized Continental Federation for North, South, Central Americas and the Caribbean. PALA membership currently includes 22 World Lacrosse member nations, including Argentina, Barbados, Bermuda, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, USVI, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Guatemala, Jamaica, Panama, Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Mexico, Haudenosaunee, United States of America and Canada.
The mission of the Pan-American Lacrosse Association is to promote and develop the sport of lacrosse across its region, maintain communication between PALA nations to share best practices for sport development and resources, promote and encourage the exchange of ideas and development of camaraderie among nations, and conducts regional championships that serve as qualifying events for World Lacrosse competitions as well as the PALA Sixes Cup. PALA is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
