We aim to bring the vibrant atmosphere and rich flavors of Japanese street food culture to the heart of New York City. Through our teppan-grilled skewers and traditional Japanese shaved ice, we offer an authentic and memorable culinary experience that engages all five senses.
Our signature item is the scallop skewer, made with premium, fresh scallops imported directly from Japan. Grilled carefully on a teppan, the scallops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, enhancing their natural sweetness and umami with a simple, elegant seasoning. We also serve Japanese-style marinated beef skewers, soaked in our house-made soy-based sauce. Grilled to order, they deliver a juicy and savory experience that fills the event space with enticing aromas.
For dessert, we offer kakigori, a traditional Japanese shaved ice. Unlike typical Western shaved ice, our kakigori is fluffy and delicate, topped with handcrafted syrups made from real fruits and traditional Japanese flavors like matcha and yuzu. Visually colorful and light in taste, it provides a perfect contrast to our grilled dishes and is especially popular at summer events.
All food is prepared live on a teppan grill, allowing customers to enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the cooking process. We recreate the festive energy of a Japanese matsuri (festival) through our setup, combining traditional food stall aesthetics with a modern touch. Our booth appeals not only to Japanese visitors but also to local food lovers seeking something new and exciting.
We have participated in large-scale cultural festivals such as JAPAN Fes in both NYC and Boston, gaining extensive experience in engaging diverse audiences and operating in fast-paced event environments. Drawing on that experience, we look forward to bringing the same energy, flavor, and cultural authenticity to new events across the city.
Through the aroma of grilled skewers and the refreshing sweetness of kakigori, we proudly share the heart of Japanese food culture with New York’s vibrant event scene.
