Toler Enterprise, Inc. is a Non-Profit, Christian organization that was established 2017 to fulfill the Joe Toler / Mary L Thorpe's dream of helping with education and social events for the family, friends and the community. One of our goals is to establish a college book scholarship for years to come. We have adopted Joe Toler-Oak Hill Elementary school and will assist with some of the school's needed supplies and program funding at the school; we will help seniors at our home town nursing homes by lifting their spirits with holiday’s cards and or gifts. The second goal is to establish and build a family /sports complex park, called JAMARO’S PARK, on the 26.7 acres of the Mary Eliza Toler- Thorpe Heirs property, located at 7591 Noel Tuck Road, in Oxford, N.C. Here, a large commercial building and shelters for family events, sports’ camps, and Camp and RV Park site. The existing Trailer will be remodeled and used as a Airbnb vacation rental, or for a wedding party or entertainer to have as dress quarters. It can be used as a place to prepare food for the outside. The park is available to clubs, family, friends and community to rent for events; this park will be built to create income (income producing) to fund our college book scholarship program, Taxes, upkeep and to fund social events for the family, Kids and the community members . The Wooded areas will be cleared for Walking / Hiking and bike riding along, with an ATV trails and a pet park. The organization, Toler Enterprise Inc., will repay any loan at the interest rate that's designated by the lender. The monthly payment will be 500-$800. per month for 5-7 years. 100% of the Loan must be repaid by the Toler Enterprise, Inc. We will be seeking approximately, $30,000. in loans, which will be paid back over a seven-Ten (7-10) year period.
