We have fashioned our product after the history of the cattle trails of Texas when the chuck wagon cook would take dried fruits and nuts on the trail to make handheld pies for the working cowboys. Our version is a densely-packed "cake", ball or bar in uniquely flavorful combinations of chocolates, dried fruits, nuts and chiles. Our best-selling Chisholm Chocolate Cherry Jalapeno is always a feature at our shows along with other favorites like Milk/Dark Chocolate Toffee, White Chocolate Raspberry-Apricot and Spicy Pineapple. We make three flavors of Fruit & Nut bites in a two tablespoon size serving like Chocolate Coffee Caramel, Lemon Fruit and Apricot Pineapple.
