According to our records, you first emailed me on May 6, and I responded within four minutes. You reached out again on May 12, the Monday immediately following one of the largest events our department had hosted at that time. Although our team was actively managing post-event operations and wrap-up, your next email on May 13 received a response from me within one hour and twenty minutes. At no point did two days pass without communication from our office. We understand the importance of timely responses and make every effort to provide prompt assistance while managing more than 20 community events each year with a team of two.
