Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves elementary, middle, and high school students in the Atlanta Metro area. DFGOYC was founded in 2010 and have an impact in our community. DFGOYC does various events such as, helping the homeless, giving supplies to children, hosting concerts for kids with illnesses and much more. Our goal is to give kids an outlet for them to have fun while also learning ways to giveback and lend a helping hand. The organization was founded to serve underprivileged youth and give them hope. Our philosophy is that we should prepare today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders. That by laying down a foundation will light a path for the youth and generations to come to follow. Benefits of being apart of this organization is that because it is a 501 c 3 non profit organization. It looks good on a students' resume when colleges or people look at what a child does outside of school and what they are doing to help their community. It is also good for businesses to help us because they have access to resources that we don't and they are able to give us discounted rates and make it a tax write off.
