My name is Hema Shilpa Uppala and I am the founder and artistic director of ICDA (Indian Classical Dance Academy). I am a Kuchipudi performer/choreographer/teacher. ICDA was founded by me with the sole vision of imparting Indian arts and culture through various dance and music styles. We collaborate with artistes from different cultural backgrounds and produce theme-based events. We have performed in various cities in and out of Atlanta for the past six years. We do solo, duet, group performances according to the requirements of the event organizers. We have showcased many Indian classical dance forms like Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, Mohiniyottam, Kathak and folk styles from India.
