We first tried Cloud Soufflé at Arrowhead Farmer’s Market. After having Japanese Soufflé pancakes in Vegas and loving them, we couldn’t find anything like it here—until we found Cloud Soufflé! We tried them at the market, loved them, and decided to hire them for our Christmas party. Let me tell you, it was a hit! Everyone loved the pancakes. Grace, the owner, is super friendly and awesome to work with. She handled everything from setup to cleanup with no problem. Cloud Soufflé made our Christmas party unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be hiring them again for future events.
