The Marshmallow Express is a family owned business started by our 15 year-old was looking to earn money for a school trip to Barcelona, Spain. She began by bringing her marshmallows to school and selling to friends and faculty. We slowly evolved into attending Farmer's Markets and Special events around Colorado to help her earn the hefty travel fee. Her marshmallows were a hit! And here she is on The Marshmallow Express to Barcelona! We craft unforgettable, artisanal marshmallows and confections through a fusion of quality ingredients, creativity and a touch of whimsy. Unlike mass produced marshmallows, our marshmallows are pillowy and light and made in an astounding array of year-round and seasonal flavors. We also create crispy treats, mini marshmallow cakes, marshmallow filled cookie sandwiches both gluten-full and gluten-free cookies, S'mores kits, dehydrated marshmallows, fun shapes and themed marshmallows, along with other confectionery delights. We also provide sweets tables and S'mores tables or platters for wedding parties, birthdays, retirements parties, memorial celebrations, corporate events and family gatherings.
