The stylist made a point of communicating that adjustments would be offered, yet abruptly cut off service at the start of my first adjustment appointment. I now have to pay out of pocket for another haircut because they refused to complete the haircut service I had already paid $130 for.
An unusual amount of time was taken on the original haircut. I had also taken the time to attend a consultation in advance so that expectations and the vision for my hair would be clear. However, the stylist didn't take notes or otherwise seem to understand what I was looking for. Apparently, I'm now the one who has to pay for that lack.
At our consultation, the stylist quoted me an hour. I was under the impression that this was the amount of time I would need to purchase to get the job done. In fact, she had also told me that if the appointment went over the hour, I would not have to pay for the additional time.
