We bake cookies with whiskey, bourbon and rum from the best distilleries in Texas. Each of our cookies has nearly a half a shot of booze before we bake them. The result is a cookie that's a little firm on the outside, but gooey on the inside with lots of boozy goodness. The alcohol cooks out, of course, but the flavor remains.
