Very disappointing experience. I purchased the Champion of Grayskull – Elite Pass expecting the advertised benefits, but I was never able to check in. The check-in table was unattended, and the person responsible repeatedly told me he would assist me but never did. After waiting and making multiple attempts to get help, I left without receiving any of the benefits I paid for. Poor organization and customer service. I would not recommend this event based on my experience.
