HHM Health was founded to provide compassionate, accessible, quality healthcare to the Dallas community. Today, HHM Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing family practice, women’s health, pediatrics, dental, pharmacy, vision, and behavioral health services to patients regardless of ability to pay across four clinic sites, providing nearly 57,000 patient visits annually. Since becoming an FQHC in 2017, HHM Health has increased access to healthcare services in Dallas by nearly 120%, seeing 7,711 unduplicated patients in 2017 to 16,968 unduplicated patients in 2022.
