At the Black Art Empowerment Summit, we believe in fostering an inclusive space where artists from all backgrounds can engage, learn, and grow. This year, we are proud to introduce an opportunity for patrons and sponsors to directly impact the lives of emerging Black artists by sponsoring their attendance at the summit.

- Artist Passes: Full access to all summit sessions, panels, and networking opportunities.
- Travel & Accommodation: Assistance with travel expenses and hotel accommodations to ensure artists can focus on their craft and connections, not logistics.
- Professional Development: Providing artists with access to workshops, mentors, and opportunities for collaboration with art professionals and collectors.

| Arts Supporter | $500.00 Your support ensures that two emerging artists are sponsored to attend the Summit, gaining access to panels, networking, and opportunities that can shape their careers. |
| Champion | $1200.00 Your support covers travel and accommodations for the Emerging Artist Competition winners to attend the Summit in Los Angeles, ensuring their work and voices are represented on this national stage. |
| Advocate | $2500.00 Your contribution sponsors travel and accommodations for Emerging Artist Competition winners, ensuring their presence at the Summit in Los Angeles. You’ll be recognized in our printed program and on our digital platforms as a patron directly investing in the next generation of visionary Black artists. |

About the event
The Black Art Empowerment Summit is a transformative one-day convening created to amplify the voices, ownership, and influence of Black artists, collectors, and art professionals. Through dynamic panels, intentional networking, and cultural exchange, the summit equips attendees with tools to thrive in the business of art while fostering a more equitable and representative art ecosystem.
Taking place February 28th, 2026, during LA Art Week, this one-day event is a must-attend gathering for artists, collectors, curators, cultural leaders, and advocates of the Black arts movement.
The day culminates with our signature Awards Dinner, an elegant evening honoring trailblazers who have made significant contributions to the world of Black art. The dinner will also spotlight the winners of our Emerging Artist Competition, whose works will be on view throughout the summit. It’s an inspiring night of celebration, recognition, and connection—with art, culture, and community at the center.

The Summit Day Pass includes access to continental breakfast and networking check-in, four dynamic sessions, and a catered lunch (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
The evening continues with our Awards Dinner, beginning with a pre-dinner cocktail hour at 7:00 PM, followed by the main event at 8:00 PM. Awards Dinner ticket holders will also receive entry to the exclusive After Party.
