Hardware

Terminals, iPads, and Hotspots are easy to connect with the Eventeny mobile app downloaded on your tablet, or phone! Use password 654321 to unlock the iPad, and Hotspot Network EventenyEvents, with the password AwesomeEvents to connect to the Hotspot. For Stripe Readers, setup can be found under the More section on the mobile app. 

For all hardware, ensure you get your requests in at least 30 days before your event, and handle with care.

Registration training

Scanning and issuing tickets has never been so simple! Scanning tickets can be easily done from the check-in screen, where auto-check in can be toggled on to decrease line wait times. Attendee information can also be turned off, but this may reduce data collection ability. 

Tickets can easily be issued from the mobile app as well, and when assigning seats, ensure that your maps have been created, with seats.

Product training

Product managers can easily manage sales, refund sales, set custom gratuity options, and can issue in-kind sales

All sales can be managed from the order list page on the mobile app, where managers can filter by tickets, or products, and can see attendee information, check-in information, deliverables, seats, and more. Refunds and cancellations can also be managed here, and managers have the ability to issue partial, or full refunds, and can also choose to cancel a sale.

Custom gratuity gives organizers onsite flexibility, and can be found under more on the mobile app. 

Finally, in-kind, or complimentary sales can be issued through the product sales page on the mobile app.

Vendor coordinators

Vendor coordinators have easy access to vendor details, including their name, phone number, email, any office notes, and other important information. All these details can be easily viewed once a vendor’s badge has been scanned, by scanning their unique QR code, or by manually looking them up. Vendors can be checked out through the same process.
