Winter Glow – Terms & Conditions WHAT’S INCLUDED: Entry is valid only for the date and/or event listed on your ticket. All guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for admission. Experiences & Activities: EACH SATURDAY WILL BRING A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. READ DESCRIPTION BELOW. Activities and attractions (e.g., mechanical rides, VR experiences, food stations, or appearances) are subject to availability and may vary by date. Lines may close early to ensure all guests waiting have an opportunity to participate. Safety rules must be followed at all activity stations, rides, and lounges. Winter Glow reserves the right to deny participation if safety guidelines are not observed. FOOD & Beverage : Food and beverage selections, including specialty cocktails, mocktails, hot cocoa, and other concession stand offerings, will be available and may vary by night and are subject to change based on availability. Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 21+ with valid ID. Please be advised that on select nights, the venue’s concessions will also be open and offering food and beverage options to guests. This is in addition to participating vendors. Dogs are not allowed into the event. CONDUCT & GUEST CONDUCT: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Winter Glow is a family-friendly environment; inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. WEATHER & EVENT CHANGES: Winter Glow is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, certain attractions may be delayed, rescheduled, or closed. Winter Glow reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel event offerings. Guests will be notified of major changes and, when applicable, offered rescheduling or credit options. PROPER VERIFICATION: We are not responsible for any errors or typos made during the ticket purchasing process. The ticket questions are used for fraud prevention, sponsorship data, and identity verification purposes. ADA/ ACCESSIBILITY: If you have any ADA or accessibility requirements, questions, or concerns about the event, please contact the event organizer, Whitney Womack at eventscoordinator@. We’re happy to help any attendee that requires assistance, accessibility information. REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit. Exceptions may apply in the event of official event cancellation. CONDUCT & SAFETY: Outside food, beverages, or decorations are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times. By purchasing or possessing a ticket and attending Winter Glow- Dome Sweet Home along with other experiences that will take place, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that consumption of alcohol is at their own discretion and risk. The event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue operators shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from over-intoxication, irresponsible behavior, or failure to comply with alcohol consumption laws. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at the event and are required to present valid government-issued identification upon request. Any individual found providing alcohol to a minor or consuming alcohol underage will be removed from the event and may be subject to legal consequences. Attendees assume full responsibility for their actions and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visit High Point, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their attendance, consumption of alcohol, or any resulting consequences. By entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and accept all risks associated with alcohol consumption, crowd interaction, and event participation. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who pose a safety risk to themselves or others. MEDIA RELEASE: By entering Winter Glow, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
