Winter Lights Festival is a Holiday Market in conjunction with the Town of Blacksburg Holiday Parade. Each booth is 10 x 12. Electricity is available at all booths. Deadline to apply: October 31 For this market we are very selective as there is limited space. We are looking for handcrafted items that are unique and likely cannot be found in our downtown stores. We are not looking for mass produced items but unique arts and crafts. We have the right to not accept or reject any application. Please reach out with any questions to events@downtownblacksburg.com
