Thank you for your interest in Cedarburg's Winter Festival, Ozaukee County's favorite festival celebrating all things WINTER!! This year's theme is Aprés Ski at Chalet Cedarburg, where the family-friendly festival will take on a ski lodge feel throughout the activities and downtown. With an indoor marketplace, ice sculpture contest, costumed bed races on a frozen creek, dog sled pulls, hot beverages and tasty food, there will be something for everyone!
**PLEASE NOTE - WINTER FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES HAPPEN THROUGHOUT THE DOWNTOWN. THE INDOOR MARKETPLACE IS LOCATED ON THE MAIN FLOOR OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER GYM IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN CEDARBURG.
DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS, WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT 25 VENDORS.
VENDOR MARKETPLACE OPEN: Saturday, Feb 22, 2026 from 11am-7pm.
Vendor setup will take place on Friday, February 21st, from 4pm-7pm, and on Saturday, February 22nd, beginning at 8am.
FOOD TRUCK VENDORS MUST USE THE FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION.
The fee for this application is $10 and it is non-refundable.
Acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent to the email listed on the application by January 9, 2026
If accepted, your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth fee on January 16th.
This application is for Winter Festival 2026 Vendors. We are seeking vendors who create quality items, handmade goods, artisan items, makers, fine artists, body/bath/candles, home decor, prints/greeting cards, pottery/ceramics, and accessories/apparel. Please note we love vendors who have "on-theme" items! We currently accept the following:
- Artisanal Makers (candles, soap, spices, etc.)
- Arts & Crafts (handmade items, prints, knitted objects, etc.)
- Produce Artisan (honey, flowers, farmers, etc.)
BOOTH INFO
- Booth Fees are $75 + 6% processing fees.
- Only one booth space per vendor is available.
- All booth spaces are approximately 9x9. Tables, chairs, electricity, etc are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment.
- No tables larger than 6ft to ensure everyone stays within their allotted spot. You CANNOT display or sit outside of your area or in the aisles.
- LOAD-IN requires the use of stairs or via a ramp on the side of the building.
- No dollys/wagons or carts will be provided

We invite local food trucks to partner with Festivals of Cedarburg as a Winter Festival food vendor on SATURDAY FEB 21st from 11:00am - 7:00pm. As one of Ozaukee County's favorite winter celebrations, we see over 12,000 attendees come to Downtown Cedarburg to enjoy the festivities. This is a fantastic opportunity to feed the crowds while supporting a non-profit organization.
NOTE: There is limited space for food vendors for this event and we can only accept up to five vendors. Vendors who offer easy, grab and go foods are encouraged to apply. Examples: pretzels, tater tots, empanadas, etc

There is limited access to electricity and is charged based on usage. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. You must indicate electrical needs on this form. Failure to do so will result in a compliance fee charge.

Thank you for your interest in the Winter Festival Bed Races! This annual fan-favorite competition showcases the amazing creative skills of local businesses and groups as they build theme-based racing "sleds" (on bed frames) to compete on the (hopefully) frozen Cedar Creek. Families and groups are welcomed and encouraged to participate!
Remember, creativity counts just as much as speed, so bring your best theme interpretation, costumes, and team spirit. Adherence to theme a must!
Theme: Aprés Ski at Chalet Cedarburg
Race Location: Mill Pond, (Boy Scout Park), behind the Cedar Creek Settlement (if the Creek is not frozen, the race will take place on Riveredge Dr.)
Team Requirements: Teams must have 5 members (4 to push/skate and 1 to ride).
Award Divisions & Prizes:
Best Design/Costumes ($250)
Speed (1st place $150, 2nd Place $100, 3rd Place $50)
Fan Favorite ($100)
This annual competition showcases the amazing ice carving skills of both professionals and amateurs alike. Families and groups are welcomed and encouraged to participate! Each team will be assigned to a specific ice block to carve (on theme).
2026 Theme: Aprés Ski at Chalet Cedarburg
Divisions
- Adult Professional
- Adult Amateur (16 yrs. and older, maximum 2 adult carvers)
- Family/Youth or Group Division (family must include at least 1 child under age 16 and 1 adult; group must include at least 1 adult)
Ice Blocks:
Each ice block is about 10” x 20” x 40” and weighs around 270 pounds. Due to the size and fragile nature of the blocks, we will not be able to provide replacements in case of mishaps.
Check In:
Please have a team representative check in at the Community Gym (W63 N641 Washington Ave) by 8:30am on February 21st. You will receive your ice block location and carving tools.
Judging/Prizes
Judging will begin around 1:45 p.m. Ice sculptures will be judged on a point system for originality, artistic merit, and adherence to the theme.
Best of Show: any sculpture qualifies - $250
People's Choice Award: $100
Professional Division: $150
Amateur/Family/Group Division: $150
Winners will be announced on Saturday in the Community Center immediately following the judging, which should at approximately 4:00 p.m. Prizes will be mailed to those not present.
