Welcome to the Wild Horse Trading Post!
This is a vendor show specifically targeted at shoppers in the western and equine lifestyle. This is a free admission event and takes place during the Mustang Expo Show & Auction put on by Teens & Oregon Mustangs and IMHA .
We will be jurying vendors by merchandise type to create a good mix for shoppers and not too much competition for vendors. Preference will be given to booths that are western or equine focused.
SET UP:
-Thursday September 3rd 10am-9pm
SHOW HOURS:
-Friday - Sunday 9-6
You are welcome to stay open as late as you like based on the foot traffic.
There will be food vendors as well so there should be some dinner hour shoppers.
LOCATION:
-The Trading Post will be taking place outside in the courtyard of the Linn County Fairgrounds. There will be some spaces that have cover, but will still be outside. You must provide all of your own setup materials (canopy, tables etc.). Security will be provided overnight.
INSURANCE:
- Each vendor must show proof of insurance naming Teens & Oregon Mustangs as additional insureds or as a certificate holder. See more info under item 9. in Terms and Conditions. If you need suggestions for vendor insurance providers, feel free to reach out.
Key updates in the vendor area:
- Space in the courtyard for demos
- Larger breaks between horse events for shopping, especially on Sunday
- Kids Corner

Upon acceptance, you will need to provide a copy of your food license.
If you are from outside Linn county, and operating out of a truck or trailer, you will need to fill out and provide a copy of the Linn County Notice of Mobile Unit Movement as well.
