Free Admission and Parking 

• Payment is due upon approval. If you cannot pay, please do not submit the application yet.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the rare event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued. If an event is rescheduled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, refunds will not be provided once a new date is set. 
•  All events are rain or shine.  *vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables/chairs. No tents/frames are allowed inside. No hanging anything on the walls.  You can pull your vehicle up close to the building but will have to carry your product inside to your spot.
