What a Blast! @ Hal & Berni Hanson Regional Park - 2025

Join us for a fun filled day at Hal and Berni Hanson Park. Entertainment, live music, food trucks and local vendors. The evening will end with a spectacular fireworks show.  the 2nd Anual fireworks show hosted by Brambleton at Hal and Berni Hanson Park!  Last year attendance reached 10 K.

 

A variety of food trucks will be chosen,12 Savory food trucks, 6 dessert trucks.  

1. Fill out the application.
2. Attach all documents required.

3. All applicants will get a follow up email with approval for the event. 

4. You are not guaranteed to attend until you get your approval email.

5. You will be charged once approved.  

6. BCA does not supply power or generators. You must bring your own. 

7. You are responsible for your own trash. Please dispose of trash in the appropriate receptacles that will be available on site. 

8. No water source will be provided.  

9. No Electricity will be provided. 

 

YOU WILL NOT BE APPROVED, UNLESS ALL FORMS ARE SUBMITTED.  READ CAREFULLY AND SUBMIT THE CORRECT FORMS.

Calling all Vendors: Are you a painter, sculptor, or any other form of visual artist? Do you have unique crafts or delicious treats to sell? Apply to be part of our Vendor Village! No duplicate vendors will be allowed – you will be the only one in your specialty.  Limited to 8 vendors.

·       A $100 fee will be charged to attend.

 

Calling all Non–Profit Organizations: We love partnering with you and bringing awareness of your organizations to our events.   

 

Only 3 non-profit organizations will be chosen. There is no charge to participate as a non-profit organization.

 

Calling all Small Business Owners:  We love our local small businesses! Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your small business to a crowd of 10,000 attendees.  ONLY small businesses will be accepted with no overlap – you will be the only small business of your kind. Limited to 8 small businesses.

The Brambleton Community Association is inviting Community Partners to become sponsors for our 2025 What a Blast! @ Hal and Berni Hanson Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your visibility and presence within the Brambleton community and Loudoun County. Last year marked the debut of our event in the park, with an impressive turnout of 10,000 attendees. There are many levels and opportunities to attend. We look forward to having your company a part of our event.

- All Volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their shift begins. Check in at the Volunteer Tent. -You must be 21 years of age to work at the Beer Garden. - 16 years old to volunteer for the festival (excluding beer garden) - Wear your t- shirt and wrist band at all times. - Deadline to guarantee your shirt size is May 31.
