About the event
Celebrating its 8th year the day prior to National Pretzel Day, West Reading’s Pretzel & Beer Festival is Saturday April 25, 2026 from 11-5pm. Spanning the 500-700 blocks of Penn Avenue, the streets are closed so festival goers can indulge in pretzels & beer, retail vendors, including a wide array of food and beverage choices, a ticketed beer tasting and live music! Free Live Music with: Dylan Zangwill (full band!) You need a ticket for the beer tasting but you can still attend the festival for free. Over 30 beers/beverages included in the tasting + loads of pretzels and pretzel dishes will be featured this year. Come support our region’s bounty and celebrate National Pretzel Day. General Admission ticket includes 3 hours of unlimited tastings (1pm start) If you prefer, VIP Tickets includes tasting early access (12pm), 5 oz. tasting glass. All proceeds go to support the West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation (WRCRF) a non-profit 501(c)3 that is dedicated to the revitalization and growth of West Reading. Tickets are non-refundable but you can swap your ticket with another person. You must be 21 to purchase tickets for and attend the tasting event.
